Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is the foundation of everything I do. It's a structured, goal-focused approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — and make meaningful changes in all three. Rather than simply talking about problems, CBT equips you with concrete skills you can use in daily life.

Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP)

ERP is the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD and is a specialized component within CBT. It works by gradually and safely exposing you to the thoughts or situations that trigger obsessions — while resisting the urge to perform compulsions. Over time, this breaks the cycle of OCD and builds real tolerance for uncertainty and discomfort.

Rather than fighting thoughts and feelings, ACT teaches you to observe them with openness — and then take action rooted in what matters most to you. It's particularly helpful for building psychological flexibility, resilience, and a sense of meaning even in the face of difficulty.
